Trades of America will not mediate or be involved in disputes regarding project refunds between clients and Service Providers.
3. Other Refunds:
Any other potential refunds, outside of the non-refundable commission fee and project-related issues handled by the Service Providers, will be considered on a client-by-client basis. The decision to issue such a refund will be at the sole discretion of Trades of America and may depend on the specific circumstances of the situation.
